Breanne Ubaldo
After graduating from Toronto Metropolitan University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Breanne decided to pursue her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University and completed her training to become a psychotherapist. Breanne is passionate about journeying alongside people as they work to understand themselves and the world around them. She comes with years of experience in working with children and families.
Breanne takes an integrated, trauma-informed approach and uses techniques including CBT, IFS, DBT, EFCT, and Family Systems Theory. She hopes to empower clients by equipping them with appropriate tools and strategies to promote continued growth and self-awareness. Over the years, Breanne has had additional training in various areas including anxiety, depression, addictions, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, and more. Breanne works with both individuals and couples.
Breanne is married and spends her free time hiking with her dog, reading, visiting coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.
