Sarah Bressel

Sarah is an intern therapist currently completing her Master's in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trent University and has experience working with a variety of populations, from children to older adults. As an intern therapist, Sarah is able to offer affordable counselling services.

Sarah works with individuals navigating relationship issues, grief, burnout, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, life transitions, and more. She aims to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported as they explore their stories and move toward healing. Sarah brings a warm and compassionate presence to her work, walking alongside clients with empathy and curiosity.

Sarah's approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from Narrative Therapy, CBT, and a family systems lens. She is passionate about supporting women in their healing and growth, while welcoming and walking with individuals from all walks of life.

Outside of the therapy room, Sarah enjoys exploring the outdoors, running, visiting new cafes, and spending time with her family and friends.
